Terms of service
Version of October 7, 2026
Draft document. A lawyer will review it before the service launches.
These terms set out the rules for using Spot On Slot, a service that helps artists and venues find each other and arrange performances.
1. Provider and contact
The service is run by [administrator danych]. Contact: [e-mail kontaktowy].
Using the service is free of charge.
2. Account
- An account can be created by an adult or a business, as an artist or as a venue.
- You give true information and keep your password safe. Each account belongs to one person.
- A venue account can run several venues and invite colleagues to them. The venue's owner is responsible for what happens in the venue.
- The contract for using the service is concluded when you create an account. You can end it at any time by writing to [e-mail kontaktowy].
3. User content
You are responsible for what you publish: descriptions, photos, links and listings. You must hold the rights to it, and people shown in photos must agree to their publication.
You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to display this content in the service and in link previews for as long as it is published.
Content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading, that infringes others' rights, spam, and impersonating other people or venues are forbidden.
4. Listings and bookings
- Listings and requests must be about real dates and terms.
- Accepting a booking means the artist and the venue have agreed on a performance on the terms of the latest offer. That agreement binds only the artist and the venue. Spot On Slot is not a party to it, does not handle payments and is not responsible for its performance.
- A booking can be cancelled before the performance, with a reason. What a cancellation means between the parties follows from their agreement and the law.
- A request with no answer expires after 72 hours or when its time starts.
5. Moderation
We may hide content or block an account that breaks these terms or the law. We will tell you why, unless the law forbids it. You can appeal by writing to [e-mail kontaktowy].
You can report unlawful content to [e-mail kontaktowy].
6. Liability and availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance and outages can happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for content published by users or for the performance of agreements between them.
7. Complaints
Send complaints about how the service works to [e-mail kontaktowy]. We will answer within 14 days.
8. Changes and governing law
We will email you about changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with them, you can end the contract before then.
These terms are governed by Polish law. They do not limit the rights consumers have under mandatory provisions.
